You won’t have many of them though unless you keep working at your marriage. Never take the other person for granted even in a marriage. It is far too common for people to call it quits when someone feels neglected. - Women love gifts that make them feel sexy. This means a new dress or some other new clothes. Buying her a new dress so that you can have her wear it out for a night on the town is a great idea.
- Guys like things that make them feel like good providers. When you are picking out a card for him, try to find something that talks about what a great husband he is. Let him know that he makes you feel sexy.
- Weekend trips for two make great anniversary gifts. You should talk this over with your partner months before your anniversary. Mention that it would be a great idea if you both just went away for two days instead of buying each other practical gifts. A relaxing couple of days at just about any decent bed and breakfast will be worth it.
- Women usually like jewelry. Just about any kind will do if it is a gift. They especially like earrings and necklaces. You can find something nice for special occasions without breaking the bank.
- Guys also like jewelry as long as it is classy. Guys like to have an everyday kind of watch. Then they like having one or two really dressy watches that can be worn when they go out.
- Guys also like experimenting with cologne. Pick out a nice fragrance at the local mall. It is okay to splurge a little bit. When you give it to him, tell him that you think that scent is super sexy. He will want to wear it more often because he will feel sexier when he does wear it.
- Naughty underwear makes for a great gift for either sex. It is a subtle way of telling the other person that you are still interested in them sexually. They know that deep down, you are still thinking about them like you used to.
- Guys can surprise their wives by planning a nice romantic home cooked meal for them. Make whatever dish is your specialty that she likes. Put on soft music. Have some wine and fancy appetizers before the meal.
- Guys can also earn brownie points by giving a really simple gift package. Rent a romantic comedy movie from Blockbuster. Buy a bottle of Asti Spumante. Get a small box of chocolate and some popcorn. Put it all in a little gift bag. You have the makings for a nice night at home with your dream girl.
